As SoftSol’s Chief Financial Officer, Robert Hersh has more than 25 years of experience in this capacity, in both public and private high tech companies. He has extensive experience in both local and global markets, and has successfully managed large-scale acquisitions, global audits, tax planning and compliance, investment programs, and implemented successful hedging programs.
Most recently, Robert served as CFO at Saama Technology, Inc., a business intelligence company, and prior to that spent 11 years at Sierra Atlantic, Inc., where he played an executive role in building the company’s global services business, establishing and growing significant operations in the U.S., India and China, numerous strategic acquisitions, and the eventual acquisition of the Company by Hitachi Consulting. Ltd, in 2010. Robert has also served as CFO of technology-based public companies including Oak Technologies, SEEQ Technologies and Network Peripherals, and was a senior manager with KPMG.
Robert holds an MBA from the California State University of Sacramento, a BA in Accounting from the California State University of Stanislaus, and a California CPA Certification.
